“The philosophy of the school room in one generation will be the philosophy of government in the next”
A school is the place where we spend the most cherishing and informative moments of our life. St. Kabir School is the place where I attained all forms of art, this article I am writing is all thanks to this school.
My mother said I must always be intolerant of ignorance but understanding of illiteracy. That some people, unable to go to school, were more educated and more intelligent than college professors. Such is the power of a school.
St. Kabir School was established in 1985 under Janak Madan Charitable Trust and has all the qualities of making it to the best in business.
St. Kabir School Ahmedabad has four branches like St. Kabir Drive-in Old, Drive-in New, Navrangpura, and Naranpura and has also initiated the St. Kabir Institute of Post Graduate Studies (SKIPS).
The teachers at St. Kabir are no less than mothers. You feel like studying at home at St. Kabir.
The students of St. Kabir excel in sports, quiz, extempore, dance, singing, acting and more due to the competitive environment cultivated by the school authority.
The school also holds activities like Annual Function, Camp Fires, Elocution drills, Drama competitions, dance competitions, sports day and many more opportunities to showcase the talents of young minds.
The school has all types of playgrounds like cricket ground, basketball court, and volleyball and football field.
Very few people know but the school also houses a Disc lounge in the basement, I mean which school does that?
The motto of St. Kabir school is “Spread the Light”. There are four major groups or houses in the school Sapphire, Emerald, Topaz and Ruby respectively blue, green, yellow and red all named after precious gems.
A kabirian is a person who know matter what is never afraid of the world, he is ready to take on the world with sheer confidence, he never misses an opportunity in life, never misses out on bunking lectures in the name of Annual Day practice, dance and drama practice, Student council duty and many more. I am sure the kabirians would have many more tales to add.
St. Kabir has been voted as the 5th best school in India and the best school in the Western region due to its excellent teaching, competitive fees, outstanding infrastructure and most importantly, Kabirians. Kabirians take pride!!
