We are talking about the “Mango Festival” at Hyatt Ahmedabad, which starts today i.e. 29th April and will continue till the 5th of May. Chef Jitendra Upadhyay, Sous Chef-Pastry has prepared an array of succulent Mango desserts, which are available at Chocol’art, the gourmet patisserie at Hyatt Ahmedabad. This festival is a celebration of the freshest flavors of the season in a new avatar.
The chef has created poetry in the form of these luscious desserts. He has hand picked the perfect ripe fruit and represented it in an even more beautiful form. His attention to detail makes these little desserts look ornate. These desserts owe their stunning appearances to Chef Upadhyay.
The desserts created by him especially for this season are literally a tease. He has crafted delicacies such as mango cupcakes, mango gateau, mango tarts, baked mango, mango cheesecake and mango crème that are perfect to close a meal with panache. Each of these desserts is magnificent in taste and will definitely makes you forget the chocolate desserts you crave for all year long.
