Bayleaf rustles up exclusive kebabs à la carte from North West Frontier
Courtyard by Marriott, Ahmedabad will trace the kebab route of the North West Frontier, digging into succulent meat and barbequed veggies. “A Kebab Affair” at Bayleaf from August 29 to September 11 will be steeped in a history of spices and the magic marinade.
The specially crafted a-la-carte menu of kebabs made available for two weeks by Chef Aniruddha Limaye, will not only traverse the contours of North West Frontier province but also explore the delicacy from across the country. The smoky whiff of fresh spices as skewers hit the fire, promises to churn out delicately charred delights on a platter.
“Courtyard by Marriott has believed in dishing out a difference on the plate. We have initiated a whole new world of experience for food lovers through our food festivals. The journey has been dotted with new cuisines, best chefs and an ambiance rustling up a love for flavours, known and new. “A Kebab Affair” brings to the city, the sturdiness of North West Frontier on a plate,” said Aniruddha Limaye, Executive Chef, Courtyard by Marriott, Ahmedabad.
Waiting to be picked and savoured, this is a time for food connoisseurs in the city to relish the rich flavours of Nadrukishami, a lotus stem kebab, Tandoori Shakarkand, Pardha Paneer tikka, Papad paneer roll, Hara Moong aur Palak Ki Seekh and non-vegetarian choices like Nimbu Murgh tikka, Mahi-e-khushk, a mint and black cumin flavored fish, Sous Vide chicken tikka, Khoya Seekh Kebab among others.
